Principles of Quality

The quality of EDIS' products and services is the result of the professionalism of our team in all company areas, from advices given to the clients to identify their specific needs, to the highly customised offers and services, or the production process within the agreed timing.

In this process we give maximum importance to these Quality factors:

  • quick production
  • punctuality
  • functionality and overall quality of the product
  • protection from contaminations

EDIS defined and regularly checks the trend of specific quality indexes, related to the products, the services, and every single production process, to monitor the company performances in respect to the set targets.

To reach and mantain such targets and the Principles of Quality, a Quality System has been initiated, described in the company's Quality Manual and in the Quality Procedures, in accordance with norm UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
